Hair Serums & Creams

Hair serums and creams are leave-in products used to smooth frizz, add shine, improve manageability and reduce the rough feeling of dry or damaged hair. Lightweight serums may suit fine hair, while richer creams can provide more moisture and definition for thick, curly or very dry hair. Apply a small amount, usually through the mid-lengths and ends, and add more only when needed. Check whether the product is intended for damp hair, dry hair or direct scalp application. Some formulas also provide heat protection, but this should be clearly stated on the packaging. Leave-in conditioners and smoothing products can reduce tangling, static and flyaway strands, making hair easier to style.
