Arnica Gel

Arnica gel is a topical herbal product commonly selected for body massage and care after everyday physical activity or minor bumps. Its gel texture is generally lightweight and easy to spread over localized areas of the arms, legs, shoulders or back. The European Medicines Agency recognizes topical arnica preparations on the basis of long-standing traditional use for minor bruises, sprains and localized muscle discomfort, while noting that firm conclusions from clinical studies are limited. Follow the individual product instructions, use only externally and avoid applying it to broken or irritated skin. Arnica may cause redness, itching or allergic skin reactions in some users.
