Face Gel Moisturizer

Face gel moisturizers offer lightweight hydration with a refreshing, fast-absorbing texture. They are especially popular for oily, combination and normal skin, as well as for warm weather and daytime routines. Look for gel moisturizers containing humectants such as glycerin and hyaluronic acid, along with niacinamide, panthenol or barrier-supporting ingredients. Apply the gel after cleansing and any serum, and use sunscreen as the final morning step. Very dry skin may need a richer cream or balm, either instead of the gel or layered over it.
