Repair Shampoo

Repair shampoo is designed for hair that feels dry, rough or difficult to manage after colouring, bleaching, heat styling, sun exposure or repeated washing. Products may combine mild cleansing agents with conditioning ingredients intended to improve softness, smoothness and the appearance of damaged lengths. Apply shampoo mainly to the scalp and allow the lather to rinse through the lengths rather than repeatedly scrubbing fragile ends. Follow with a conditioner suited to the hair type, detangle gently and limit excessive heat. The term “repair” generally refers to an improved cosmetic appearance and reduced further breakage, not permanent restoration of already split hair fibres.
